SPC’s solvent free, 100% solids, are quick curing, thick coatings ideally suited to internally line and externally coat potable drinking water pipelines and holding tanks.
SPC has specifically designed epoxy and polyurethane solutions for potable water which conform to NSF 61 and the American Water Works Association (AWWA). These coatings offer the advantage of a single coat application up to 120 mils.
The NSF 61 line of epoxy and urethane coatings, offer quick curing properties ideally suited for return to service, days faster than conventional solvenated epoxies. Wastewater applications include the ability to protect sewage treatment plants and digesters, which are often running at elevated temperatures with high levels of H2S and other corrosive gases and liquids.
SPC’s 100% solids, elastomeric and ridged polyurethane systems offer superior protection in all areas of the wastewater treatment process. These thick film coatings and internal linings offer corrosion and abrasion protection of sewer pipes, digesters and clarification ponds.
